Default Would You Be Tempted?

I posed a similar question over on the Carnival forum, I will change it a bit for our RCI readers.

Working on the boards for so long, we know how devoted RCI fans are. Many are totally now devoted to sailing exclusively RCI now, after sailing other lines previously. So.......

What if, the Oasis was a Carnival ship.... a bigger bolder innovative, fabulous new age "Funship." You saw all the hype on tv, the UTube videos, and yearned to walk Central Park, zip along the decks, and, eat at all the fabulous dining venues. Would you book the Carnival Oasis?

Well, I won't book the Oasis as an RCL ship so.............but as a more realistic answer, if they prices were higher than the rest of the company as they are with RCL then no, I wouldn't consider it.

Interesting question. I think I would stick with RCCL because even though they have reduced the Diamond benefits, I still REALLY enjoy the Diamond Lounge on the Freedom and Oasis class ships. I did not join some friends on the new Epic for the same reason, plus no Latin music on the Epic. No Boleros, no cruise.
