Well I'm sure you and I were not the only ones that were not impressed.

I'm thinking he does not make much in tips....

Overall Oasis has an Excellent crew however there is always a few on every ship that are not that great.

I don't blame you. I want to cruise Oasis again in 2010 but the weeks I'm looking at the rates are waaaaaay high. I can book 2 or 3 cruises for the price of Oasis. I'll wait until 2011 when the rates are alot better.

I'm glad I got a somewhat ok deal to cruise Oasis last month.

With all the ships/lines out there these days there are a ton of great deals even during peak times.

I'm still waiting on some deals on Oasis....May-be when the next one comes out, there will be some savings, we can only hope.

Starting January 2011 once Allure is cruising you can find deals of $849./$899. plus tax for both Oasis and Allure. However spring break and summer both ships are running around $1399. and up plus tax for an inside. Of course the rates can come down by then (or go up :eek

Word on the street is that Liberty is going to Jersey

in 2013 who knows what ships will remain out of FL and what the future holds for the big twins Oasis and Allure. I would not be surprised if one of them leaves FL and finds a new home.

Last month and this month there were/are a few great $299./$399. deals for a 7 niter on various lines. More and more cabins to fill cruising out of FL means deals for the Cruiser.

Dave The Wave indicated there will be some great deals on the Minnow of the Seas this year to offer an alternative to the Oasis of the Seas..He's also planning to have a theme cruise with Ricky Ricardo and his Cuban All Star Tribute Band featuring the Latin Dancing moves of our very own CQ and running 2 for 1 specials for mojitos

Venice An all star Latin band and 1/2 price Mojitos sound good however Minnow of the seas would not be an alternative to Oasis.

There is no Promenade, Aqua theater, merry go round, boardwalk, central park, rock climbing, flowrider, skating or zipline on the Minnow.

Maybe DTW should consider a "stretch" for the Minnow just like the Enchantment got stretched.
