Of the three you mention, I have been to one and that's Kohunlich. It was a couple of years ago we were there and it's still a work in progress as far as excavation. It's a large site and is about a 2 hour drive one way from the port. If the long trip doesn't bother you, it's worth seeing and too, you get to see a lot of the real Mexican countryside. If you were to take this tour, I would suggest you take it through the ship simply due to the distance and time involved.
You can Google each of the sites you mentioned and get a lot of info--you may wish to check out one of the others if time is a factor in your plans.
If you've ever been to Chichen-Itza, none of these will compare to it.
