we are thinking of going on mariner of the sea again this coming feb
we were on mariner of the sea when it was came out
this time we want to do mexico cruise on it
does anybody know if it is the same capt on this ship or is the capt different
on formal night do you have to really dress up or can you just wear night pants and shirts because i usually don`t like wearing ties
Whether or not it's worth booking depends on several factors. Are you a plat or above? If so, do you normally book balconies? If the answer is yes to both these questions and you are booking a 7 days cruise, then no, it isn't worth your while.
You cannot combine credits so if you have a balcony credit coming because you are plat. then you won't get the OBC that is offered (and the only reason) to take a future cruise credit.
As for your question about formal, while no one is going to stop you from going in the dining room it is courteous to wear the suggested evening attire. However only you can decide what is best for you.
