All docs are now delivered electronically, unless you request docs by mail and they charge you $35 for mailed paper docs. You can print out the luggage tags, or request RCI mail them to you. RCI does not charge to mail you the luggage tags.

If you log into the "My Cruises" section of the RCI website and bring up your reservation, you can complete the online check-in and print your Ste Sail Pass (you can only print it after final payment). If you are within 50 days of sialing, your edocs will be available to download, and you can either print your luggage tags or request RCI mail them.

Do you think it necessary that we print our e docs...since we have out
Set Sail pass? On a cruise earlier this summer on Celeb. Equinox was the first time
I got edocs....I wasted almost an entire ink cartridge to print them all and never
needed them...What a waste.

Of course, we could only print the contract portion. Believe me I use email all the time and usually have no problem printing something if I need it. I think when you
spend thousands of dollars on a cruise, the least the cruise company could do is
send you the docs...especially newer cruisers...so they feel the excitement and
can examine all pages.

Your opinion??

The booklet used to look good but really was a waste of paper. I don't blame them for now sending them anymore. On our Solstice cruise in May all I printed and took was the setsail. That is all they are interested in (along with your cc of course) so why waste the paper?

The only issue is the luggage tags which can be ordered anyway.

No, I don't think it's necessary to have the booklet anymore.

I certainly agree with you and will not print them anymore.
See you were on the Equinox, Felix...did you not just love that ship?

We were on the Solstice but haven't done the Equinox yet. Doing that one in December. We loved the Solstice - except for the food, it's the best ship we've been on yet.

Sorry...read that wrong. Of course, you'll love the Equinox...and the food was
the best we've had on a cruise ship. Tuscan Grille rivaled Chops...maybe better,
daily buffets were outstanding. MDR was good..only had 1 entree that I didn't
care for. Unlike RC, Celeb is expanding their menu with a large selection of
all categories that are standard each night plus the usual "theme" menu for the
day. We were on Med cruise...was it the chef or maybe the quality of the
food from there? I think the chefs have to be given credit for a great job.
Would love to Solstice here in the states, but don't want to be disappointed
with the food compared to Equinox.
