You are to receive a crystal block after your 20th cruise credit and then every 10th cruise after that. Can anyone tell me what they look like and do they have a 20 designation on them and are they the design of a cruise ship or what. Thanks

They are clear cystal blocks, about 3"x4" cubic, with an image of the ship etched inside of them. They aren't personalized, so the number of cruises won't be on them, just the ship name. They're very nice, in my opinion.
Contact the C&A. I did and have one coming in the mail for my 20th. I have 24 at this time and will have 29 by mid December, so my first cruise next year I will reach 30 and should get my second one. I did not get my 20th when I reached 20 so contacted them and they confirmed my total and said I was due one.
