California Vineyard Dining aboard Enchantment of the Seas???

I was reading about a food & wine paring called the California Vineyard dining Experience. Would this be a separate specialty dining from the Chops restaurant on Enchantment of the Seas? I haven't heard anything else about this restaurant and was wondering what the cost would be. Anyone try it?
