Can anyone suggest an exceptionally good tour to take?

We will be sailing on the Jewel stopping off in Colon Panama on 3/2/11.
Can anyone recommend an exceptionally good tour that they've taken from one of the many RCCL tours offered.

I have been to the Port before. It is just a shipping port with shipping containers everywhere. The is a small compound with some shops near the dock but that's it. The cruiseline will also notify you NOT to go off on your own here. Two couples from our ship got mugged here in broad daylight.
The best tour I heard of was the train tour. The are the Gatun lock also.

I was on an HAL cruise to Panama last month .We did not stop in Colon due to the high crime.
