Cruise to Alaska US Direct for DWI

My husband and I are set to go on a cruise to Alaska in two and a half weeks. We fly in to Vancouver and board the ship there, cruise through Alaska and then fly home from Alaska. I am just finding out today that Canada has strict laws and prohibits anyone with a felony or DWI/DUI charge to enter Canada. I read on another thread about US Direct, where you go straight from the airport to a sealed bus to the cruise ship. When I called Royal Caribbean I got a man who wasn't very helpful and a little rude (they were about to close). He says he had never heard of this service and that when he looked it up they no longer offer it. Does anyone know anything about this and if it is still available? If not I understand applying for the rehabilitation that Canada requires is a lengthy process, is there any way we can get him on the cruise ship from Canada?

Thanks

Not all cruise lines use US Direct . From what I have read it is only use for people departing to the US not arriving for cruises.
