How safe is it to cruise to the Holy Land?

My husband and I are talking about going on a cruise to the Holy Land, which would include Greece and Egypt.

With today's turbulence in these areas, I am wondering how safe this would be. However, since the cruiselines, (RCCL is our first choice), still do these itineraries, can I assume they would be safe?

Have any of you done this cruise? If so, would you recommend it?

We did Israel and Egypt last October on Azamara. It was barely before the troubles started. We loved it. Under the right conditions, we would do it again in a minute.

The cruiselines will not take you to a place that is too dangerous so you can put your faith in them.

Did not do a cruise; but was on holyland pilgrimage last year. Jordan, Israel. Traced the life of Jesus. So you can imagine all the stops that were on this trip. No problems at all.
