Smile New to RC..what can we expect in the kids area?

We are new to Royal Caribbean, and will be sailing on Allure of the Seas with an elementary aged child in the Spring. What can we expect from the kids area? We have sailed on the Disney Dream, and the Oceaneers Club/Oceaneers Lab was amazing?

I think both you and your family will find Allure some totally special, for adults and kids. The kids have this huge pool/sprinkler area, that I will admit, some adults will use. There are parades a few times during the week, ice shows, water shows along with water and music shows. This ship is truly amazing, you are in for a big treat..

The Adventure Ocean program onboard the ship will take your child and keep them busy almost the entire cruise. They have scavenger hunts all over the ship, they have special days where the kids will stay onboard while mom and dad take a shore excursion. Depending on your child you may or may not see them very much during your cruise. They stay busy. I have five grandkids with me leaving on Freedom of the Seas tomorrow Dec 4. I don't expect to see them a whole lot. Maybe for dinner in the dining room. Oh, I was on Allure this past Jan and loved it
