Default Crown & Anchor point posting time?

About how long does it take to post the points after you've completed your cruise?

I sent an Email from the C&A page and received a computer generated response telling me I would get an answer but that didn't happen.

Thanks

I know C & A can be extremely slow, I'd send off another e-mail or may-be call or send a regular snail mail letter....Just be patient if you can.

Talking Posting Cruise Points

Our last cruise ended on November 17. Our points were posted to our account within two weeks.

Normally within a week or two but if you don't see it then, call the C&A desk.

It is amazing how hit-n-miss they can be. Just off the Explorer on the 23rd and points were there in a week.

I just got an answer from them. Here is part of the Email:

We apologize for any delay in our response.
According to our records, you have 172 relationship cruise points and are
currently listed as a Diamond member.

We are aware that there are some technical issues with your cruise points
reflecting correctly. However, they are currently working to resolve the
issues.

The points are not on the website but this is good enough. We're 3 points shy of Diamond + and are doing a 7 day Alaskan cruise in May. Will we be recognized as Diamond + after 3 days on this cruise or have to wait?

Don,
Just a guess, but I bet you will have to wait and complete this Alaska cruise in May. Although, it doesn't hurt to ask, once you are past the 3 days....Keep us posted.

You will have to wait. The rule is "completed cruises." Although as Donna says, you can ask. The one thing you can be sure about RCL is their inconsistancy.

Smile Good news . . .

My points showed up on their website.

Here's a copy of the Email I just recieved:

Thank you for your e-mail. We apologize for any delay in our response. According to our records you are a Diamond member with one hundred seventy two cruise points. Due to a technical issue, cruise points for recent cruises were not being reflected on the website. However, this issue has recently been corrected. If your account is still not reflecting the correct information, please contact our office directly at 800-526-9723.
