Freedom of the seas western cruise question

We are booked on Freedom of the Seas, Western Caribbean - departing March 4 2012 and are trying to plan and reserve for specialty dining on the ship in advance. We would like to go on a night that is formal dining in the main dining room. Has anyone been on this itinerary and know what nights are the formal nights in the main dining room? Thank you!

Looking at your itinerary..... the first formal will be on March 5th,you will be at sea. There will be one other, usually on a sea day, but my guess would be on your Grand Cayman day, since you leave there at 4pm..

well..... I was looking for someone that had been on a western route on the freedom and just happen to remember. I tried calling royal and they said for sure the first at sea day but where not sure on the 2nd.
