Default Allure Muster drill

Where are they holding the Muster drills on Allure? Do we still all have to line up on deck with our jackets on to be counted?

I am pretty sure the do them inside unless they changed it. One nice thing about Allure is that the lifeboats are right on the muster deck, no davits needed to get them in place for boarding - a nice safety measure.

Last time I sailed on the Allure they were done inside without putting on a life-jacket.

Depending on your muster station you may be inside or outside. We mustered at the aqua theater. No need for life jackets as they are not required - you sea pass card is required as it is scanned in for attendance purposes.

QOD,
No, we had our drill in a lounge, and you don't have to bring or wear your life preserver either. They also use their TV screens for much of it..

When I sailed Allure last year; our muster station was the Aqua theater; no lifejacket required. I know, why the Aqua theater, I guess you all group together and walk over to the last life boat which is right around the corner.

That sounds good. I am tired of standing outside in the heat, wearing a plastic vest, waiting for all the stragglers to arrive...s

My muster station was the Champange Lounge. You watch a film relative to the emergency drill. You are correct not being outside in the heat wearing alife jacket pack together like sardines is a Godsend.

Not sure on any of the ships you still have to bring your vest. I sailed the Freedom in April and we didn't need our vests, simply brought our SandS card. We were outside but who can complain about the heat when you're on a cruise ship where most of your week will be spent outside anyway?
