Parasailing on cruise ships.

On one of the concept drawings of the Oasis, it showed a couple parasailing or it might have been a small blimp that was holding the people up in the air above the deck of this resort palace. As time has demonstrated, this feature was not incorporated on either the Oasis or the Allure. This would have been a neat attraction for adventurous cruisemates. The effect was the same the couple would be floating above the ocean and the ship. It was a great idea and I was wondering if anyone has seen this concept, parasail, hang glider or blimp rides in use on any cruise ship?

I sailed on the Inaugural Oasis and was a crazy person trying to find out information about my upcoming cruise. I never saw anything with regards to parasailing or the like. I did do the zip-line, which was very cool, but that is the closest thing to what you are referring to. It would have been cool though but you wouldn't get very far as cruise ships don't go that fast.
