Ok, I have heard of the zip line and the roller coaster, but not a slide.. Must be something new....Hopefully, someone who was recently there can fill us in on this?? Oh, I bet there is a cost for sure.
It actually looks like its kind of fun for the kids....Sounds like you buy some kind of wrist band that is good for the slide, but what else is it good for?
I'm sure you mean the Dragon's Trail Coaster. It is pretty long but not high.
Enjoy it.
MTL
MTL,
No, not the Dragon's Trail Coaster. I thought I read something about a new slide at Labadee that would dump you in the ocean. The video on line shows what I think of a children's blow up slide. Didn't look like the smaller children were able to even slide all the way down.
There are the Dragon's Tail Coaster, Dragon's Breath Flight Line, and the Dragon Splash Waterslide that is pretty new. Haven't been to Labadee yet, but going in March. Not doing the waterslide as it looks more for kids. The cost is $20 (child and adult price) and I believe it's for once down.
I've been to Labadee twice and I'm not super crazy about it. Too crowded, too many servers yelling LABADOOSIE!! for hours on end. The water isn't clear enough to snorkel.
It is fun to watch the zipliners! I made a wee video of that. Enjoy!.
I think the secret to Labadee is to walk over to the other side, much less crowded and a huge beach without all the servers, etc....It really isn't a far walk either, worth it to get away from everyone that just stops by the area where you walk in...
