We've been on the Grandeur 3 times and have spent about 50 nights on the Vision-class ships. Have to admit that the first two times we were on her, we were not impressed. After a refurbishment, we found it to be nicer. But RCCL just invested $55 million in a complete overhaul. From the pictures I saw from a client, it is completely different and MUCH nicer than it was in the past. So I wouldn't pay alot of attention to any of the reviews written before the overhaul as it's basically a completely different ship.
The Grandeur was in Baltimore for a few years and then RCCL moved it and brought in the Enchantment. In May, they're moving the Enchantment out and bringing back the Grandeur. Can't wait to sail on her again and see how much things have changed.
