The Grandeur never had a Johnny Rockets - still doesn't. The ship was revamped last year and they added some popular features such as Giovanni's, Izumi, Chefs Table, and Chops, and the Park Cafe took the place of the previous burger and hot dog counter in the Solarium. They also added a diamond member lounge and relocated the concierge lounge.
If the price is right I'd certainly consider it. The ship has been refreshed with a new layout and features.
We've been on the Grandeur 3 times and have spent about 50 nights on the Vision-class ships. Have to admit that the first two times we were on her, we were not impressed. After a refurbishment, we found it to be nicer. But RCCL just invested $55 million in a complete overhaul. From the pictures I saw from a client, it is completely different and MUCH nicer than it was in the past. So I wouldn't pay alot of attention to any of the reviews written before the overhaul as it's basically a completely different ship.
The Grandeur was in Baltimore for a few years and then RCCL moved it and brought in the Enchantment. In May, they're moving the Enchantment out and bringing back the Grandeur. Can't wait to sail on her again and see how much things have changed.

I just sailed on her to Panama. The ship is beautiful. They did a great job on the refurb. I'm a Diamond Plus Member with close to 350 nights on Royal Caribbean and can honestly tell you that it's a great ship that I would not hesitate sailing on. All the new features really have brought the ship up to the standard. Enjoy & Have Fun!
