Do any of my fine friends here on Cruisemates know which deck they use for the tendering process? We were looking at some inside cabins on the lower decks (2,3,4) but am afraid of the tendering wait lines. I always stand on those lines thinking about the poor folks whose cabin I am standing in front of
Was hoping to avoid this myself.
Thanks all!
Tenders are boarded from deck 1, but whether a passageway is crowded would depend on the route they use, since generally everyone has to walk down to deck 1. Also, they can set up the tendering stations both fore and aft. Getting a cabin in the middle of deck 2, 3, or 4 is likely the best choice.
Sounds great, thank you Dave... I have been on a few other ships where, when you are waiting for the tender boats from deck 4, we were literally leaning up against guest stateroom doors and the poor folks were coming back from the pool or breakfast trying to get back to their staterooms... it was terrible. Thus not making me a big fan of the tendering process but a necessary evil I suppose.
Thanks again and happy sailing!
