aAnyone else going, Sept 4th 2913 from Barcelona? we are looking at tours with Rome in a Limo 6 or 8 people,
Livorno port of call; Pissa and Lucca is our choice!
Civitavecchia (Rome); we would like to do two separate parts; main sites of Rome, then into the country side, (lakes) for lunch and site seeing, or in reverse depending on tour company, will email them as it is one of the services they offer!
Naples (saleno); the tour that includes the Amalfi Coast!

I have sailed on SOS 2 times and loved it... It's a smaller ship but very easy to navigate!! Lots of open areas and glass everywhere... The cruise director at the time was Dennis ? (can't remember his last name) and he was great!! Have a great time!!

thank you, we are really looking forward to sailing, the ship caught my imagination as much as the ports of call.

Have just found out that Rome tour needs to be totally in Rome, no time to go elsewhere, but we do not want to do the Vatican, just the morning part of the tour of other places of interest, anyone now of other interests in the general area, otherwise we think we might just wander off by ourselves near the vatican, and rejion the tour group in time to return to the ship!

Lorsin, I have used Rome in Limo; both in Rome and also in Pisa/Florence. They are an excellent company; they go the extra mile to make sure you get into see everything in Rome and they do it with the allotted time. No worries for a great shore excursion.

An update from Rome In A Limo; it is either Rome sites or countrside, we definitaly are only interested in the first half of Rome sites, so if extra site seeing rather than the Vatican available. we wil do that; Alternativly, we will go for cofee an a wander on our own, during the Vatican tour, rejoining the tour to return to the ship. Yours only get booked shortly before our arrival, so I will post again in August.

Serenade is a beautiful ship. One of my favorites. Just the right size.
