Minimum Age/Height requirements for Ziplinign on Oasis?

I can't seem to find anything on-line .... all I can find is that the min. age is 6for rock climbing.

IF anyone knows this info - I would really appreciate it!

Considering a booking on Oasis, and I want to make sure my kids can use the zip line before I tell them about it.

Thanks!

The weight limit is at least 75 pounds and not more than 275. You have to be 52 inches tall. I think it is the same age limit as the wall.

Thanks! my kids aren't anywhere close to 75 pounds - I had read online that it was age 6 for the wall.

from what I read online I did not see any weight information on the wall.

Hate "paying" for something that we can't use .... :)

There are still a ton of activities small kids can take part in on Oasis and Allure of the Seas....I bet they would love it.

Zipline

From a search.

The restrictions are by height and weight. For boogie boarding, it's 52 inches; stand up surfing is 58 inches. For the Zipline, it's somewhere between 75 and 80 pounds (can't find the weight online). They have a scale and weigh the kids. The line is engineered to move a given weight across so no one gets stuck in the middle.

I would bet my butt you have to sign your life away to do these activities...

(meaning a gang-of-lawyers-drafted iron-clad Liability Waiver)

You do have to sign waivers for the flowrider, rock wall, and zip line.

Makes sense that there would be weight restrictions - thanks Sulross.

You have to sign waivers for everything even for the kid's club.

Oh well, at least they can use the rock wall this time (they couldn't on our last cruise).

Donna July 5th, 2013 01:59 PM

For my Allure of the Seas cruise, I was able to do all the waivers on-line before the cruise. As soon as final payment is made, they allow those options, so you will be all set...
