Dress on non-formal nights

We will be going on our first Seabourne Cruise ( on the Seabourne Sun). How formal is the dress on non-formal nights? Do men wear jackets and ties? Sportcoats? Any help would be appreciated.

Bob,
We cruised the Sun in the spring of 99. There's "informal" nights, and "casual", as well as formal. Informal was jacket with ties. Even on casual nights men seemed to be in sports jackets, but no tie.
I really enjoyed the ship. Thought it had a very comfortable feel. Hope you enjoy it as well!
Regards,
Kuki
