Ask the hiring partner for an address! I amazed they haven't given it to you. They have someone they use who'll be able to do it for a lot cheaper than most Dr's.

You should just do as the email requests and wait for them to contact you. They're a corporation and will get to you when it is your turn. Calling them will not get you moved higher up the list....

I can only speak for RCCL, but you get vacation pay on sign-off day. They'll also offer you your next assignment on the ship (if you meet the standards). Usually several weeks before you leave.
