The SS Pass is worth filling out. We just came back from Miami on the Explorer and the pass does save time. There are special lines that only take those with the SS Pass. It makes check-in quick....

I saw 2 for sure on the Explorer of the Seas- one in Casino and one by Purser's desk. I was getting cash out at the casino and there was no charge. Of course I was only getting $40 at a time.

We had my parents cabin decorated for their first cruise. I thought it was nice, but it seemed like the streamers, etc hung down to far and was in the way. Kids would probably love it though.

Sadly, I think I am going to be missing the boat !! Everything I see says that the ship will depart as scheduled on Sunday. My airline is saying that the Miami Airport is closed until Monday....

Looks like the Explorer is going to go as scheduled on Sunday. However, all the airports are closed until Monday at 12:00 noon. What are people supposed to do?

Are you taking the RCI transfers to the airport? If so, they have guidelines on the earliest flight that they recommed when you are using their transfers. You just need to call them to find out.

Passports?

Are there some cruises that require a passport only and not a birth certificate with a picture ID? I am scheduled to go to St. Maarten, St. Thomas, San Juan and Nassau. Thanks.

You can still get transfers through Royal Caribbean even though you did not get airfare through them. However, it has been my experience that they will only do this if you are flying in the morning...
