I'd plan on being at port around 11 AM. Have all of the required documents in your ticket binder completed before you get to the port. At the port, all you will have to do is fill out the Bahamas...

Regarding the specialty drink of the day, as I recall, the price of the drink was cheaper (i.e., $3.50 or so) if you brought your glass back for a "refill".
