I ALWAYS cruise in April. Spring break is usually done by the end of April, and the weather is beautiful, water warm enough to swim.

I would go snorkeling, but if you can't do that I would go to 7 Mile Beach. No need really to take a ships excursion there, although you can. You could just take a cab, but keep an eye on the time so...

Paradise Beach is very nice, but IMHO not a great snorkel spot. Just not enough Coral, Rocks, and Reef, etc. to support a lot of fish in the area. Paradise is a day of "beaching it". Nice...

I have heard of extreme damage to Chankanaab Park. Also heard that they are rebuilding and that there are plans of reopening in March. Who knows if they will open on schedule, or what the limitations...
