Re: First Cruise

My first cruise was on the Majesty. She is a great ship & has a really fun crew. When you board, have lunch, then walk around to acclimate yourself to the ship.

Re: Family Dining Hours on Board

On a ship that has two dining rooms, I think it would be a good idea to reserve one for children & have the other be "adults only" without time restrictions.

Re: Majesty of the seas -How formal?

I enjoyed my 1st cruise on teh Majesty several years ago. Looking back, I would say it's a more casual ship / trip. I would not pack a formal dress if I were doing a 3 night trip. I would bring a...

Re: dunn's river falls

"thrill" is probably a bit strong but they will have fun.

Pack water shoes for them & be very careful of the vendors. They can be a bit over-zealous to put it mildly.

Re: How Many of You Are Guilty of This?

The LAST thing I want to do when I get off a cruise is eat. I suffer from the post cruise rocking & can only imagine how horrible I would feel with a stomach full of grease.

Re: majesty or sovereign HELP!!!!!!

I enjoyed my Majesty cruise. They are very similar. Which port is closer / cheaper? I have heard that the Sovereign gets more kids given the port's proximity to Disney.

Enjoy.

Re: cabin not ready what to do with carry on's?

Especially after London, unattended bags are a security threat. If you see one, report it & it will be investigated. To avoid all the hassle, just keep yours with you & don't leave it somewhere.
