On our ship they were $22. I brought my own #1 because I wrapped some liquor up in it (yes, i smuggled it on board) and it I didn't want to be charged if someone took the Carnival towel.

I don't know about priceline but I did this before I left. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, it is a few miles from the pier (about 10 minute ride). They kept my car for free and it was safe!...
