From my visits to St. Maarten, there is a port right downtown Phillipsburg. From there, you can take a taxi to the french side if you wish. A beautiful beach is Orient Beach, but you need to know...

Silly question, but from what I remember about my cruise.....let's see.....23 years ago., was that there was no pool water in the swiming pools while we were docked. Is that still the case??
