Guess it depends on what you are looking for. October up here is quite chilly. the foliage could be beautiful if you come up very early October. There is plenty to do on shore. Biking, hiking, etc....

On the Inspiration it is $ .75 a minute but you can buy packages so that it is a little cheaper. It is slow but it works.
