We arranged our own hotel and flight. We checked out of our Fort Lauderdale hotel at 11:00 and were on the Grand by 11:40.
Have a great time, it is a wonderful ship.

We stayed at the Lago Mar - on the beach, closest beach hotel to the pier. Lovely hotel. Our 'room' consisted of a bedroom, sitting room, small kitchen bar and large balcony! Lovely friendly...

Scott, we have just returned from the Grand. We too arrived 2 days before and stayed at the Lago Mar (I can highly recommend this hotel). On Sunday we took a taxi to the pier and were there at 11:20....
