I think what people really enjoy that lounge for is the concierge service ... more than just the use of the lounge. And, most definitely, that concierge service would be a convenience ... no waiting...

Not sure but they frequently transfer performers from one ship to another when they reach ports. I would think this is what they will do for at least some of the entertainment.

It used to be St Thomas. Lately it's been St Martin but it would be subject to tax when declared at customs. I don't know which is the best tradeoff.
