We went to Passion Island on the twister boat booked through the ship.

For ~$65 pp you get a crazy boat ride, buffet lunch and open bar on a small island shared with about 20-30 other people....

For option 1, airfare to Tampa is stupid cheap, and the stops are OK as well.
