Tampa to Fort Lauderdale

Is it possible (and practical!) to get off one ship in Tampa (RCCL) and make it to Fort Laurerdale for a same day embarkment on another cruise (Princess)?

And if so, which mode of Transportation...

RCCL can normally start boarding by 11am (Normally Crown & Anchor members or suite holders first) However, if the ship has just came back from a cruise, them your rooms and other areas will be off...
