i know in port the casino and shops cannot be open. but US marintime law says that they must obey laws of US. the supreme court ruling that US laws apply on ships serving US ports. this past year...

that hotel is ok. i reccommeend the marriott marina or hyatt manchester. and for moderate range stay at the residence inn by marriott (a new nice one a couple blocks away)

i dont think any of the hotels let u do that. probably the holiday inn right across thje street but then there is not anything. there is parking at the pier or across the street.

It all depends on what you are looking for and the type of person you are. There are good and bad about each ship. Carnival seems to gear towards a younger party crowd while NCL is a little more laid...

There is no comparision between celebrity and carnival. celebrity by far is the better cruise line. celebrity excels in food and service. it is a little more expensive to book a celebrity cruise...

for captain club members they do one category upgrade from inside to inside and oceacnview to oceanview. unless you have a guarentee. they will enver give you a free upgrade in a baclony or suite...
