We booked this excursion by calling the toll free number on the web site. I don't believe it is one of Celebrity's offered excursions but they seem to have others listed on the Celebrity site....

We were on the Destiny out of San Juan in May and had an early flight (anything before 1pm is considered early) and were in the priority disembarkation group. That meant we had to be in the customs...

I think the only way that Carnival will hold your luggage is if you do the Carnival New Orleans tour. Not sure about the cost or what it includes, as I live within driving distance of N.O. though....
