There is no fee for Solymar Beach (Cabo San Lucas). It's a nice beach but you cannot swim there because of the strong currents and undertow.

My two favorite beaches in Los Cabos are Bahia Chileno and Playa Santa Maria; about 1/2 mile apart and a short drive outside of Cabo San Lucas.
