Hello. We did the "Dolphin Touch Encounter" in Ocho Rios, Jamaica and it was good. We stood on a platform in the water (knee deep) and were able to touch them. You didn't need to swim for this...

Typically, on Oahu, ships dock at the Aloha Tower Marketplace. Should be plenty of short term parking available. You can even get the parking validated if you make a purchase at the Marketplace.
