I like the Centrum. You can often wait for dinner while listening to music and watching people dance.

It is an activity on the ship and it is directly correlated to the TV series Dancing with the Stars.
Joey Fatone and Sabrina Bryant were on that particular cruise....

There is no way to know in advance how smoothly an Embarkation might go. I always try to get there about 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM. Sometimes you beat the crowds, sometimes you are part of the crowd....

I have always liked the Radiance class ships on Royal Caribbean. The Atrium on these ships are open, spacious, have love seats, a dance floor, room for a 4 piece band and glass and brass elevators.

You can get off the ship (get your new card first) and then go and enjoy that port for a while. Or, you can just get back on board...
