I highly recommend you check out Fernando's 100% Aguave. Very friendly and the food is fantastic. It really was a highlight of my whole cruise.

I've been there. Xcaret is a wonderful eco-park. I didn't do the dolphin swim but you can definitely do that (costs extra). I loved the lagoon for swimming and riding the river.
