Sovereign of the Seas

My db's group just returned from a cruise on the Sovereign of the Seas; he was very pleased with the food, service, and decor'. The prices out of Port Canaveral were unbelievably cheap. I have pics....

I'm from Tampa. There are several nice hotels near the port. It all depends on how much you intend to spend. There is a very nice Hyatt downtown (one mile from the ship) that a group of cruisers...

Parking at Port Canaveral Terminal

There is a nice parking garage. The last time I was there it cost $10.00 per day.

Liberty

Has anyone sailed on the Liberty and had good food? It is sad, I have not spoken to anyone who has had good food on this ship. My experience is Carnival's ships normally have very good food.

Down Town Hotels

I live in the Tampa Bay area. There are several nice hotels down town which is within a mile of the cruise terminal. There is the Embassy Suites, Hyatt, Comfort Inn, Westin and Holiday Inn Express....
