Does anyone know roughly how much some of the spa treatments cost on the Rhapsody? Also, can these be booked prior to sailing or do you have to book them on the ship?

We have been on 2 cruises and both times we were asked if we wanted twin beds or queen. Both times we had exactly what we asked for. One on Carnival and one on Renaissance.
