Transatlantic cruise in next December.

I found an interesting price (around 800 USD per person) for an inside cabin on a 14 night cruise (Celebrity Galaxy), from Rome (Italy) to San Juan (Puerto Rico, USA). The departure from Rome is on Dec. 1st, 2006.
I am wanting to share the cabin with a male cruisemate in order to obtain a better price. So I am looking for a correct and friendly non somking person (between 30 and 50 y.o.).
