Looking for cabinmate for a 5 day cruise between 9/23-10/10

I am looking to take advantage of one of the bargains that Carnival is offering during the next couple of weeks. I've narrowed down my possibilities to the following cruise ships and departure dates. Celebration 9/23 or 10/2, Fantasy 9/25 or 9/30, Holiday 9/25 or 9/30, or Inspiration 9/25 or 9/30. I am a 50 yr old married male just looking to avoid the surcharge for one person in a cabin. I've been under a bunch of stress so my wife was nice enough to suggest I grab one of these bargain cruises and she will stay home with our son. I'm very lucky.
