I’m looking for a cabin-fare share for a cruise on the Norwegian DAWN, sailing from NYC to Canada / New England during August / September 2008. Inside / outside, your choice. I know the lounge entertainers (three past cruises with them).
I am a retired, straight, DWM, 65, healthy, 6’0”, 180 lb., N/S, N/D, world traveled – all 7 continents, all 50 US states, 44 countries so far. 11 cruises and counting. I try to cruise at least twice per year (4 is better!), hopefully to new destinations. My current priorities are Canada / New England Aug. / Sept. 2008 and Tahiti (r/t Papeete), but will discuss any cruise of 7 days or more.
I live in Port Richey, FL, and travel to TX 1-2 times per year to visit my daughters and grandsons.
I seek a M/F cabin mate to avoid the single supplement. No strings attached. No expectations beyond paying the fare. I have had 2 male and 6 female cabin-shares in the past; some not met until onboard, most new to me. We gain mutual comfort through email, IM, phone calls, and a short meeting, if practical.
On a cruise, we are free to enjoy our own agendas. We can do as much, or as little, together as we agree. I am willing to mentor a ‘new’ cruiser if you wish, and have done so twice.
I enjoy shipboard activities, the FOOD, the SHOWS, ENTERTAINMENT, TRIVIA contests, the ports, and shore excursions. I try to cruise on NCL to be with an entertainer couple that I know and have cruised with 3 times before. Early to bed (10:30 pm), usually up by 7:00 am. I am active, open, respectful, low-volume, considerate, honest, and caring. You please be that way also. I prefer inside cabins since I spend so little time there, but that’s open to discussion.
If you have a destination that is burning a hole through your passport, let’s talk about where you want to go and book that cruise.
Jose and Patti entertain in Dazzles and are friends of mine. We can spend time with them ashore or aboard. Call 727 861-3391 or email
Open to discuss other NCL, or RCCL, dates or destinations. Looking to avoid the dreaded "single supplement". That's all. Willing to share any knowledge/experience I have if you're a novice. We can do as much or as little together as we agree upon. Have used this finder method three times with great success. Hope to hear from you. Thanks
