Hi,
I'm new to this site, but a very experianced cruiser...I live in Oregon and am looking for a cabinmate for a cruise preferably from the west coast. I also would consider the NY/Canada cruise..anybody interested in a coastal repositioning? I'm a very young 51, widowed, and a nonsmoker. I don't drink either. I am not currently interested but would be in the future. I am 62 (young) love to cruise and often cannot find friends to accompany me. I took one cruise by myself when my daughter dropped out at the last minute and I had a great time. I tend to keep busy on the ship with trivia or just reading on deck. Like to go ashore at each port and either take an excursion or explore on my own. I do not need someone who wants to do what I want to do all the time. Having a friend to eat meals with is good and wants to hit shows or the casino at nite is also good but i do these things alone too. usually turn in early but do not object to someone who does not.

I have been traveling on NCL and am very fond of the freestyle cruising.

Hi, Julie,

I'm 59 (young) and just returned from my first cruise to Mexico with my daughter. Had such a terrific time I'm already thinking of the next one. We went kayaking and snorkling in Cabo, and I'm really impressed with our kayaking! We had to slow down to let everybody catch up. We both had a great time in the casino, too. Anyway, since I'm divorced I would like to make some connections for future cruises, probably Hawaii to start. Hopefully I can make it happen in 2009. I don't need to spend every moment entertaining someone or being entertained; just somebody to connect up with occasionally for dining, shore excursions, some onboard activities, casino, etc. Non-smoker, very light drinker, active, intelligent, easy-going in all respects. Thanks all for the replies....Sorry I can't do a 65 day cruise! I'm looking for 7 nights or less at a time...I can travel often, but not for long periods of time. Keep me in mind ladies if you would like to do a week cruise. Thanks again Julie
