14-night Transatlantic on "Voyager of the Seas"---

Hello,

I have found a great transatlantic cruise, at a really great, low price, and I am looking for a cabin mate, who would like to share a cabin on this sailing.

I have booked a 15-day, 14-night transatlantic cruise on Royal Caribbean's luxurious "Voyager of the Seas", scheduled to depart Barcelona, Spain, on November 29, and disembarking in Galveston, Texas, on December 13, 2009. The total cost of this 14-night transatlantic cruise is a real cruise "bargain"---just $699 (including port charges), plus about $95 for gov't fees and taxes. If this is a cruise, which captures your interest and attention, please read more.

The "Voyager of the Seas" is the perfect cruise ship to take a transatlantic cruise, since this ship offers so many amenities, which most other ships do not have. Some of the great amenities onboard the "Voyager of the Seas" include: an ice-skating rink (where professional ice-skaters perform, and those performers teach passengers how to ice skate during the days at sea); a 9-hole miniature golf course; a golf simulator; a rock-climbing wall; an in-line skating rink (for "roller-blading"); a full-size basketball/volleyball court; a large fitness center, with saunas and steam rooms for both men and women; several swimming pools with hot tubs; table tennis; shuffleboard; more than 12 bars and lounges, most of which offer live entertainment at night; a large casino; the most beautiful dining room at sea (spread out on 3 different decks); and a movie theatre, which shows first-run movies.

In addition, every night there are at least two (2) different entertainment shows or programs, which are offered. In addition, there will be some very interesting lecturers, providing interesting, informative, and entertaining lectures each "day-at-sea" on "issues" of interest to the majority of passengers.

The ports-of-call on this westbound transatlantic sailing are as follows: Barcelona, Spain (one of the liveliest cities in all of Europe); Cartagena, Spain (a beautiful port city, and one of the oldest in Europe, complete with well-preserved Roman ruins); Madeira, Portugal (a beautiful island, where the world-famous Madeira wines are produced); Tenerife, Canary Islands (one of the most popular islands for Europeans); Nassau, Bahamas (home to arguably the best resort in all the world---the "Atlantis" Resort, which has so many amenities offered); Galveston (close to Houston), Texas (Houston is home to NASA's Johnson Space Center).

In addition, I have achieved "Diamond" status with Royal Caribbean's "Crown and Anchor Society". The advantage to you is that my cabin mate will share the "Diamond" status privileges and perks throughout the entire 14-night transatlantic cruise. One of the best "perks" is a private lounge for "Diamond" members and their cabinmates, providing free wine and champagne (25% discount on all other drinks), as well as hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, each evening. In addition, there are special parties and activities during the cruise for those passengers who have achieved "Diamond" status, as well as their cabinmates. In addition, "Diamond" members and their cabinmates are given priority boarding and debarking on both the day of departure and day of arrival, allowing you to board and debark "at will".

More about me---I am a white, educated, straight male, who enjoys travelling and meeting new people and visiting new places. I travel well with all types of people---including those who are "different" than I am. People find that they get along well with me quite well. I am a guy who is "easy-to-get-to-know" and "easy-to-get-along-with". I am a non-smoker, but I am willing to travel with a smoker, provided there is no smoking in our cabin. I am told that I am a great guy to travel with, as I am a good conversationalist (but also know when to be "quiet" as well), personable, and an interesting and fun guy to travel with. I am interested only in a "friend" cruise mate---not any type of "romantic" relationship.

This transatlantic cruise will be aboard a great cruise ship, with great amenities (including having access to "Diamond" status privileges) provided each day and night throughout the cruise; a great cruise itinerary across the Atlantic Ocean; and at a super low price---a 14-night transatlantic cruise for just $699, plus about $95 for gov't fees and taxes! It seems that this transatlantic cruise is "hard to beat" in every way! If you agree, contact me and let me know that you are interested in considering this cruise, and we can then communicate more via email and phone. If you have any thoughts, suggestions, or questions, please let me know, and you may choose to contact me at my email address: gholston1@yahoo.com.

If you are unable to take this particular transatlantic cruise, but would like to consider one in 2010, please let me know, as I will be taking at least one transatlantic cruise in 2010 as well. Also, if you can think of someone who would enjoy a transatlantic cruise, please feel free to give them my email address.

Didn't they change the policy on Diamond somtimes in July? I believe you have to be D+ in order to get free liquor??
