Ai carumba, I'm tired of NCL, as much as i love Holland America as a cruising standard... I don't expect much from Carnival other than it having safe fun on these notorious ports.
I'm thinking the Oct 29th departure, as it gets cold in Canada by then.
Unless there is good reason in the time of year (i.e. festival) for the ports.
