Mid-December 2011 Caribbean Cruise Out of Miami

I am a SWM 27 years of age and currently in graduate school. I am looking to find an affordable way to take a Caribbean excursion between semesters. Ideally, I would like to take a cruise in Mid-December. I looked into booking a cruise, but realized that most of the prices are based upon double occupancy. As a result, I found this site in hopes of finding someone with a similar interest who would not mind splitting costs.

I have never been on a cruise before. The shorter cruises (3 days to 4 days) out of Florida only seemed to include one island and Cozumel, Mexico. The 7-day cruise out of Miami from Dec.11th - Dec.18th seemed ideal to me. The stops included Mexico, Belize, Honduras, and the Grand Cayman Islands. The cheapest price was around $369 per person.

If that particular cruise does not sound optimal, I am somewhat flexible. I am out of school from December 10th through January 3rd. Gender and age are not really huge issues. Please be respectful, reliable, and responsible.
