SF cabin mate needed for Southern Caribbean Cruises, departing 20 or 19 November 201
Forgive me, but I am in love with Southern Caribbean cruises, departing from San Juan, PR !
My next one will be either:
1)Caribbean Princess departing on the 20th of November - 7 night Southern Caribbean San Juan round trip. Itinerary incl. Aruba; Bonaire; Grenada; St. Lucia & St. Maarten.
2) Celebrity Summit departing on 19th of November - 7 nt. round trip cruise from San Juan, PR. Itinerary incl. St. Croix, USVI: Basseterre, St. Kitts; Roseau, Dominica; St. Georges, Grenada & Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Honestly saying, I'm 90% likely to choose the first option, 2nd one is like plan B (in case the price for the 1st one goes up).
I like to sail in balconies, usually take GTY category which is completely fine for me. For the current moment the interline rate, which I am eligible for as well as my companion, is 649 USD p/p (without tax)
As long as we’ll respect each other I would say I don't have any special requirements for my cruise mate except female sex and straight orientation. Oh, and I hope you don't snore and drink to much).
About me: 26 y.o. straight woman currently residing in Moscow, Russia. I repeat once again that I'm eligible for interline rates, which are usually lower generally published fares. My companion can also travel stand-by on United with or without me.
I'm a VERY late riser, but' don't snore). Adore spending time outside the cabin, lying on the beach and doing some sightseeing, but not fond of local shopping at all. I don’t smoke, love dancing and prefer drink socially.
Don’t hesitate to ask me any questions, but forgive me once again the cruise date is completely set.
Not all postings get a response, so nothing personal. Speaking as a Floridian, and having access to these ports from the mainland, flying to PR is an added expense.
I've been watching for a chance to cruise the southern Caribbean for a couple years but it's hard to find a good match to go with from San Juan. It would be worth it for me to do the back to back 14 day cruises on either Princess, Celebrity or RCCL once I fly down there as they do different ports alternating weeks. But 14 days is a long time on a ship for me ! Especially if cabinmates don't know each other yet. 10 and 14 night cruises from Ft. Lauderdale going all the way down to Grenada and Aruba, etc. are cheaper because of no flight to San Juan.
I'm more flexable about the time. Not as flexable on being a guy nor being 50. I'm also a sometimes, but not loud, snorer and never drink unless I'm thirsty or need to get the dinner digested. I've even dreamed of doing the southern Carribean on the beautiful Royal Clipper 5 masted sailing/cruise ship, but you have to reserve that ship more than 6 months ahead.

Help us out a little. Are you coming here from Russia just to cruise, are you stateside already?
As Edwin said, and I said, Southern ports are accessable from Florida. Find a cruiseline, punch in a destination as Aruba or Grenada etc. and cruises going there pop up.
Gee, we three could go (I get 3rd person senior rate of course). We could be Mom, son, and granddaughter (sorry, couldn't resist)
that sounds do-able to me granma ! I'll even bring my air mattress so I can sleep out on the balcony to give us a bit more space.

I guess you found my post very entertaining!. But I keep being serious, excuse me for my English!)
I love San Juan and have nothing to do with it as I find Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa and Orlando a little bit boring. By the way I haven't visited yet 3 of 5 ports of call on Caribbean Princess. Last time I sailed with her I remember the majority of passengers were not from San Juan which means nothing stopped them to fly to SJU from U.S. or Canadian location and I don't mention of course several groups of Europeans.
I am flying to NYC on the 16th, then to SJU on the 20th, planning to stay post cruise in San Juan till the 28-th or the 28th and then fly back home.

It's not your post!! Don't take it personally. Edwin and I have been on line buddies for a while We sometimes get a little crazy.
At least we now know your agenda and reasons for San Juan. I'm surprised others haven't made alternate suggestions.
