SWM 57 wants to go to Brazil!

Hi. I am set on getting to Brazil in 2012. I speak some basic Portuguese, so I can negotiate our way through places. I know Crystal cruises goes Miami to Rio for carneval. I could do air fare as well. Would to see Iguaçu falls, Porto Alegre, Florianopolis, Curitiba, jazz and bossa concerts, etc. Open to length of stay. I am healthy and can hike, swim, dance. Non-smoker, only drink beer, & tiny bits of wine. Been single too long. How about it? Any ideas how I can find someone to help out with costs, or get a great deal? I'm a well-educated, political liberal, well-traveled researcher/ author/ teacher/ pianist. I'm thin-framed, 5'10", gentle and a good listener when I want to be. Carneval is in mid-Feb. I'd rather go after, miss the crowds, see museums, concerts, dance, swim, hike to waterfalls. But I'm open to your desires. All of them.
